From melting through fabrication and refining, we maintain complete control over the entire process to provide you with the highest quality product. All manufacturing locations use dedicated quality control instruments and processes to assure compliance with customer specifications.

We have established a quality control program designed to meet the standards set by our customers. We implements a Total Quality Management approach to attain the highest level of quality in all our components and assemblies. This team-based approach includes an integrated review of materials, engineering and production. This systematic program enables us to achieve consistently high standards of quality.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to provide only quality services to our clients, in order to establish long lasting relations with them. Raw materials like aluminium, mild steel (MS), brass, stainless steel, etc. are purchased from select suppliers, who have a reputed name in the market. Total quality management techniques are incorporated at all levels. G R Engineering Works is equipped with the latest testing equipments, which facilitate a thorough monitoring of the products. Strict adherence to the domestic industrial norms and international quality standards is ensured. Each process is constantly monitored through production cycles and severe controls both during the manufacturing processes as well as at the end of the entire production cycle.
